This leads ask your partner to put
a possible Q( J) under your K( Q).

Discarding:

First free discard:
Discard a low card in a suit you want your partner to play or a high card
in a suit you don't want him to play.

On partner lead:
Discard a low card in the suit if you want your partner to continue,
a high card if you want him to change suit.

Exceptions:
If partner leads an ace vs suit contract and dummy holdes a singelton, a
low card from you indicates change to the lowest ranked suit and a high
card to the highest ranked suit(Lavinthal).
If dummy holdes Qxx(+), show your distribution. Your partner need to
know if he can safely play the King or not.

Change suit:
If you change to a new suit in the middle of a board play a low card if
you hold A, K, Q or better in the suit, if not play a high card. From a
sequence lead as if it was an opening lead.
