Roman Key Card Blackwood
The most common Blackwood used among experts today. The king of trumps is defined as the 5th ace. In addition we can check if the queen of trumps is among our armoury.
 
The answers to 4NT (Roman Key Card Blackwood):
5C = 0 or 3 aces
5D = 1 or 4 aces
5H = 2 aces denying queen of trump
5S = 2 aces and the queen of trump
 
A follow up of 5NT after 4NT (Roman Key Card) is confirming all key cards, asking partner to cuebid lowest king.
